These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the online store operated by DEJOOEY Co., Ltd. (“DEJOOEY”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) at dejooey.com. By accessing or using our store, placing an order, or purchasing any product from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our store.
1. General
By using our website, you confirm that you are of legal age in your country or region and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using our store on behalf of another person, company, or organization, you confirm that you have the authority to do so.
We may refuse, limit, or cancel orders where we have reasonable grounds to do so, including but not limited to suspected fraud, violation of these Terms, payment issues, incorrect customer information, abusive conduct, or conduct that may harm other customers, our business, or our services.
2. Products & Services
Many of our products are made to order, produced in limited quantities, or prepared only after a confirmed purchase has been received. As a result, production may begin promptly after an order is placed, and cancellation or modification may not be possible once the order has entered production.
All products are subject to availability. We may discontinue, modify, or limit the sale of any product at any time without prior notice.
We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, images, colors, materials, sizes, and prices as accurately as possible. Actual colors, textures, finishes, and proportions may vary depending on screen settings, lighting, viewing conditions, photography, and the characteristics of the materials used.
For handmade, made-to-order, pre-order, or limited-production items, slight variations in texture, pattern placement, color tone, finish, and measurements may occur. These variations are part of the nature of the product and do not constitute a defect.
3. Orders & Payment
An order is not confirmed until payment has been received in full and we have issued an order confirmation.
We may cancel an order where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, pricing error, payment issue, incorrect customer information, product unavailability, or any other issue that prevents us from processing the order properly. If an order is cancelled by us after payment has been received, a refund will be issued for the cancelled order.
All transactions are processed in United States Dollars (USD). Currency conversion costs, foreign transaction fees, bank charges, or other payment-related fees, if any, are the responsibility of the customer.
We accept PayPal and other payment methods as listed at checkout. Payment details are processed through secure third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card information.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship internationally. Delivery times provided at checkout or in shipping communications are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
DEJOOEY is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, postal or courier service disruptions, acts of government, holidays, weather conditions, transportation disruptions, incorrect shipping information, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information. Additional costs arising from incorrect or incomplete shipping information may be charged to the customer.
The customer is responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, handling fees, and related charges in the destination country. We are not responsible for orders held, delayed, returned, restricted, or seized by customs authorities.

Made-to-order, pre-order, personalized, final sale, and limited-production items may be subject to specific return restrictions as outlined in our Refund Policy or on the relevant product page.
Returned items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original condition and packaging. Any item that does not meet these conditions may be refused or may qualify only for a partial refund, where permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms or our Refund Policy limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law in your country or region of residence, including the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Australian Consumer Law, where applicable.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including images, text, logos, designs, product names, graphics, layouts, photographs, videos, and brand materials, is owned by or licensed to DEJOOEY Co., Ltd. and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, published, displayed, transmitted, or used for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
Certain product designs may be protected under applicable intellectual property laws, including registered design rights where applicable. Unauthorized reproduction, imitation, distribution, or commercial use of any protected design may constitute an infringement and may result in legal action.
7. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use our website or services for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purpose. You also agree not to interfere with the operation, security, or accessibility of our website, or to misuse any content, product information, images, or brand materials provided on the site.
We may restrict access to our website, cancel orders, or take appropriate action where we reasonably believe that a customer has violated these Terms or used our website in a harmful or unlawful manner.
8. Force Majeure
DEJOOEY shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, war, strikes, labor disputes, transportation disruptions, customs authority decisions, supplier delays, logistics interruptions, payment service disruptions, or other events beyond our control.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DEJOOEY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.
Our total aggregate liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the product in question.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, our website, our products, or your use of our store, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation.
If a resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board (KCAB). The seat of arbitration shall be Seoul, Republic of Korea, and the language of arbitration shall be English.
Notwithstanding the above, nothing in this clause limits any non-excludable rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law, including your right to bring a claim before a consumer protection authority or court in your country or region of residence where such right cannot be excluded by agreement.
